There are classics that don't change, but can surprise.
To mark the 35th anniversary of Monte Mar's most emblematic dish - hake fillets with cockle rice and tartar sauce - we have combined tradition with creativity and innovation in a special collaboration with the artist Paulo Albuquerque Cesáh.
This project celebrates the brand's three fundamental pillars: quality fish and seafood, excellent service and locations with unique views. The ingredients of the dish, such as fish and cockles, are represented centrally and harmoniously, complemented by marine elements that visually reinforce the freshness and excellence of Monte Mar's products. The elegant and dynamic lines reflect the brand's commitment to high-quality service, transmitting a sense of movement and sophistication that accompanies the experience of tasting this dish.
The privileged locations of the Monte Mar restaurants - Cascais, Cais do Sodré and Lagos - are also honored in the composition. Subtle details, such as the boats and the Monte Mar Cascais building, the 25 de Abril Bridge in Lisbon and the Ponta da Piedade lighthouse in Lagos, have been integrated in a delicate way, evoking the breathtaking views that enrich each customer's experience.
